Last updated: 24 Oct 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how Momu Play ("Momu Play", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit our website and when you play our mobile games distributed on Google Play and the App Store.
1. Scope and Roles
This policy applies to our website and to our mobile games (the "Services"). For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, we act as the data controller for information that we determine the purposes and means of processing.
2. Information We Collect
- Information you provide: email address and message content when you contact us; optional profile or player name where a game allows it; user-generated content you submit in-game (e.g., levels, text, images), if available.
- Device and technical data: device model, OS version, language, time zone, country/region inferred from device settings, app version, crash logs, performance data, limited IP address (may be stored in logs temporarily for security and anti-fraud), and mobile advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS/GAID on Android) when used.
- Gameplay data: progress, achievements, scores, session duration, features used, economy balances, and other telemetry that helps us operate and improve the game.
- Purchase data: transaction receipts, product identifiers, currency, price, and the app-store issued order identifiers for validating purchases, subscriptions, or refunds. We do not receive your full payment card details.
- Communications: feedback, support requests, and correspondence with us.
- Push notifications: a device token generated by Apple/Google if you enable notifications for a title.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services and game features.
- Validate purchases, manage entitlements, cloud saves, and restore transactions.
- Analyze performance, fix bugs, prevent fraud/abuse, and ensure fair play.
- Personalize certain experiences, including non-sensitive personalization based on gameplay context.
- Serve ads, measure their performance, and cap frequency where an ad-supported title is offered.
- Communicate with you about updates, support, or important service notices.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.
4. Legal Bases (GDPR/EEA/UK)
- Performance of a contract: to provide the game you installed and related services.
- Legitimate interests: to improve the Services, ensure security, prevent fraud, and support operations balanced against your privacy rights.
- Consent: for push notifications, personalized advertising, or where local law requires it. You may withdraw consent at any time via device settings or in-game toggles (where available).
- Legal obligation: to meet record-keeping, tax, or compliance requirements.
5. Advertising, Analytics, and Third-Party SDKs
Some titles may integrate third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, attribution, and advertising. These providers may process device identifiers, usage data, and limited IP addresses to deliver their services for us. Examples include (subject to title):
- Analytics/Crash: Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Game Analytics
- Ads/Monetization: Google AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, ironSource
- Attribution: AppsFlyer, Adjust
- Platform services: Google Play Services, Apple Game Center, Apple Push Notification service (APNs), Firebase Cloud Messaging
We configure SDKs to collect the minimum data necessary and, where supported, to honor platform privacy choices (e.g., iOS App Tracking Transparency and Android advertising preferences).
6. Your Choices and Controls
- Ads personalization: - iOS: go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"; you can also reset the advertising identifier. - Android: go to Settings → Google → Ads and disable "Ads Personalization" or delete the advertising ID.
- Push notifications: manage in your device settings per app.
- In-game settings: where available, use a privacy or settings menu to opt out of certain analytics or personalized ads.
- Cookies: our website may use only strictly necessary cookies and basic preferences; you can control cookies in your browser. Our mobile games do not use browser cookies.
7. Data Sharing and Disclosure
- Service providers: hosting, analytics, crash reporting, anti-cheat, customer support, email delivery, and payment validation providers process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
- Platform operators: Google and Apple receive data necessary to process purchases, cloud saves, achievements, and platform features.
- Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights, safety, or to investigate fraud/abuse.
- Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, data may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by applicable law.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and game.
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no system is 100% secure. You use the Services at your own risk and should keep your device and accounts secure.
10. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect personal data transferred internationally.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
12. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data; to object to processing; and to data portability. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
If you are in California, you may have rights to know, delete, and opt out of certain sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any rights, contact us at the email below. We may ask for information to verify your request.
13. Do Not Track and Signals
Our Services currently do not respond to Do Not Track signals. Platform-level privacy controls described above will be honored where supported by the SDKs we use.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date and will be effective when posted.
