Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Momu Play's website and mobile games (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by your local law, to use the Services. Some titles may require a higher age rating based on content.
• If a game supports accounts or profiles, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. License and Access

Subject to these Terms, Momu Play grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our games on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized automation, or interfere with normal operation.
• Do not attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas or systems.
• Do not upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or violates others’ rights.
• Comply with applicable laws and platform policies (Google Play and App Store).

4. Virtual Items and Game Currency

Some titles may offer virtual items or in-game currency. These have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and are licensed, not sold. We may manage, regulate, control, modify, or remove features or balances at any time.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

• Purchases are processed by the platform operator (Google or Apple). You must comply with their terms and payment rules.
• We receive purchase confirmations/receipts from the store to grant entitlements. We do not receive full card details.
• Refunds are subject to the store’s policies. Please request refunds via Google Play or the App Store where applicable.
• Subscriptions (if offered) auto-renew until canceled. Manage or cancel in your store account settings before the renewal date to avoid further charges.

6. Advertising and Third-Party Services

Some titles may display ads or integrate third-party services (analytics, crash reporting, attribution). Ad experiences should not interfere with gameplay more than reasonably necessary. We follow platform rules regarding ad content and frequency caps.

7. User Content and Community Features

If a title allows user-generated content (UGC) or communications (e.g., chat, level sharing), you grant Momu Play a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display such content in connection with the Services. You represent and warrant that you have the rights to share the content you post.

8. Intellectual Property

All games, code, art, audio, trademarks, and other materials are owned by Momu Play or its licensors and are protected by law. Except for the limited license granted to you, no rights are transferred or assigned.

9. Updates and Changes

We may update the Services (including releasing patches or content updates) and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law or platform rules. Some provisions survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Momu Play shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Momu Play from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

14. Governing Law

Unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

15. Severability and Assignment

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Momu Play regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements on the same subject.
